This appointment marks an important step in the group’s exploration of AI’s impact on stakeholder relationships, particularly in organisational culture, corporate reporting, sustainability strategy and brand communications, and AI is reshaping how businesses engage with stakeholders, transforming expectations for transparency, responsiveness, and trust. Rod’s appointment marks the start of PCG’s AI journey.
