2. Business contacts
Collection of Personal Data
People Made processes Personal Data about contacts (existing and potential People Made clients and/or individuals associated with them) using a customer relationship management system.
The collection of Personal Data about contacts and the addition of that Personal Data to the People Made CRM is initiated by a People Made user and will include name, employer name, contact title, phone, email, and other business contact details. In addition, the People Made CRM may collect data from People Made email (sender name, recipient name, date, and time) and calendar (organiser name, participant name, date, and time of event) systems concerning interactions between People Made users and contacts or third parties.
Use of Personal Data
Personal Data relating to business contacts may be visible to and used by People Made users to learn more about an account, client, or opportunity they have an interest in, and may be used for the following purposes:
—administering, managing, and developing our businesses and services.
—providing information about us and our range of services.
—making contact information available to People Madeusers.
—identifying clients/contacts with similar needs.
—describing the nature of a contact’s relationship with People Made.
—with your consent, to send you marketing e-mails about upcoming promotions, newsletters, new products, services, webinars, events, and other news. You may opt-out of receiving such information at any time:such marketing emails tell you how to “opt-out,” Please note, even if you opt out of receiving marketing emails,we may still send you non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about your account with us (if you have one) and our business dealings with you; and performing analytics, including producing metrics for People Made leadership, such as on trends, relationship maps, sales intelligence, and progress against account business goals.
People Made does not sell or otherwise release Personal Data contained in the People Made CRM to third parties for the purpose of allowing them to market their products and services without consent from individuals to do so.
Data retention
Personal Data will be retained on the People Made CRM for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set
out above (e.g. for as long as we have, or need to keep a record of, a relationship with a business contact).
Once the period above has concluded, we will either:

3. Suppliers
Collection of Personal Data
We collect and process Personal Data about our suppliers (including subcontractors and individuals associated with our suppliers and subcontractors) to manage the relationship, contract, to receive services from our suppliers and, where relevant, to provide professional services to our clients.
Use of Personal Data
We use Personal Data for the following purposes:

—providing professional services to clients.
—administering, managing, and developing our businesses and services.

4. Recruitment Applicants
Collection of Personal Data
When applying online for jobs at People Made, any Personal Data provided by you to us will only be used to facilitate the transfer of information for recruitment purposes.
We usually collect Personal Data directly from you when you apply for a role with us, such as your name, address, contact information, work and educational history, achievements, desired salary expectations, and job-related test results.
Use of Personal Data
We use Personal Data for the following purposes:
—identifying and evaluating candidates for potential employment, as well as for future roles that may become available.
—record keeping in relation to recruiting and hiring.
—ensuring compliance with legal requirements, including diversity and inclusion requirements and practices; or protecting our legal rights to the extent authorised or permitted by law.
