BREAKFAST CLUB

We launched our 1hr coffee-fuelled morning sessions as a quick way to share our latest thinking on key topics that our clients want to understand better – from Purpose definition, to Employer Branding or Seamless Experience. They’re fast-paced 30min presentations, followed by open group discussions. We cover concepts and theory, methodology and approach, as well as the latest best practice examples.

BRAND CULTURE SESSIONS

We first set up the Brand Culture sessions in 2017 after looking, and failing, to find conferences and events that connected up the three worlds of Brand, Culture and Service. Since then it’s gathered great momentum as a forum for senior HR, Retail and Marketing leaders to share the latest thinking on brand cultures – how they drive purpose, accelerate growth and change, and deliver unique brand experiences for customers.

SUPPER CLUB

We started introducing our clients to each other over dinner to share learnings, and that quickly grew into a regular thing – evening meals at interesting venues where we host a small group of likeminded people from brand, culture and service backgrounds. It’s about encouraging people to make new connections, share ideas across sectors, and learn about different approaches to similar challenges.

We’re always reading new books on business, brand and culture, and love sharing recommendations with our clients and friends – so we started a reading list of all the greatest hits we’ve come across over the years, from the classics to the latest new releases. OUR WAY

FIKA

One of our clients in Sweden inspired us to start Monday morning team huddles – with great food. At the beginning of each week we all come together to talk about the week ahead, share in our successes, and eat a breakfast prepared by one of the team (we take it in turns so it’s always a surprise).

FAMILY HOLIDAY

Every year we go away together on a family holiday. It’s time where we can relax, recharge and spend time together – but it also helps us to recognise everything we’ve achieved so far, and look ahead to new and exciting things to come. This year we went sailing in Dubrovnik, but in the past we’ve been to Barcelona, Soho Farmhouse, and Ibiza!

PURSUE YOUR PASSIONS

We believe that sharpening our minds outside of work helps us broaden our horizons, open up new experiences, and stretch our thinking in new ways. Every year we give our people individual development bursaries that they can spend on anything they like – from floristry courses to pottery making classes or Mandarin lessons.
